Mooo... Restaurant at XV Beacon Hotel

I called Mooo... Restaurant at XV Beacon Hotel yesterday per a conversation I had last week. I spoke with Alexa Demarco the restaurant's general manager and she provided some great insight into the legal and administrative aspects of loaning out their chef. Please find the details below:

Before they are able to legally participate Mooo... needs to complete an "off site permit form" that basically cover both parties legally. It is supposed to ensure the safe transport and handling of the food through all stages e.g. proper sanitation, food storage facilities, etc. This is in addition to any other permits, that all parties have, required by the government.

Mooo... did say that the do already participate in community projects like "A Taste of Beacon Hill" and they have partnered with the Mazola Foundation to do similar projects. However, they would still be interested in participating in our program, and they would even be able to provide the food, IF they received something in return, some good PR for example.

Ms. Demarco gave me the names of the other restaurants managed by the same parent company: Mistral, Sorellina, Teatro, L'Andana Grill, and she wasn't certain, but apparently they participate in the community as well, however, we would have to verify with their specific restaurant managers.
