Jer-Ne Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common

I'm hesitant to contact Andrea Hampton, the Director of Public Relations at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common, because she is the same lady who is responsible for completing my hiring process. As such, Anna has agreed to be the contact person for this hotel.

-The Ritz's community program is called The Ritz-Carlton Footprints Program

2. What would be necessary for one of your chefs to participate in our program? Legally ? Ritz-carlton policy restrictions?

3. Do your chefs have ServeSafe certification?

4. What would you like to see in a program like this one?

    Mk. I contacted the Ritz today, and spoke to Ms. Hampton. She was very polite and said that she can't really speak for the food side of things (she is associated with the hotel side). She said that I should email her more information (which I have done) and that she would look into it more for us. Waiting to hear back...
